We have several personal training packages available. Please visit the Contact page to inquire about pricing and appointment availability. There are no membership fees, monthly fees, processing fees or other fees associated with personal training at PUMP.

Where is PUMP located?

The studio is located at 204 Myrtle Rd. in downtown Burlingame, CA one block east of the Burlingame CalTrain station.

Do you have any special offers?
For new clients, we offer a one hour complimentary one-on-one personal training session. Included in the session is a movement assessment, a demonstration of the training techniques/equipment and a workout!
What types of classes and programs do you offer?
The studio is solely dedicated to personal and semi-private training. All sessions are 55-60 minutes in length.
What are the hours of operation?

The hours are dictated by appointments. If you are interested in visiting PUMP, please contact us to schedule a tour of the facility and to schedule a complimentary personal training session.

What should I expect from the studio?

PUMP personal fitness studio features 1,000 square feet of the latest and most effective training equipment and training methods available. Expect a custom workout tailored to fit your individual fitness needs and goals. We play your favorite music in a clean, comfortable, judgement/distraction-free environment where you will get the results you desire. Our towel service is free of charge.

Who will I be working with at PUMP?

Nathan Flores, personal trainer and owner, does all the personal training at the studio. His experience includes 6 years as a certified personal trainer including: Russian Kettlebell Level II Certified Instructor (RKC II) and Z-Health R, I, S and T Phase movement specialist. What type of training do you specialize in?
We specialize primarily in kettlebell training. We also use resistance bands, the TRX, ropes, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. Before any client is put under load, we first ensure that each and every client moves well without pain. In order to make progress and achieve one's fitness goals in the safest, most effective manner, we establish a strong and stable movement foundation through a series of joint mobility drills and by movement reeducation.
Are there gift certificates/cards available?

Yes, we have gift cards available for purchase. Please contact us to inquire about purchasing a gift card.

Do you have a referral program?
Yes! If you refer someone who purchases a personal training package at PUMP, you will receive a complimentary personal training session. There is no limit to how many referrals you can earn. We love referrals!
